Justin Trudeau Making the Right Choices

I have never really been “for” Liberals, but the Liberals are taking a new direction under their new young leader and its direction actually makes great sense whether you believe in the cause he has chosen to make a stand on or not.
Mr. Trudeau is going to make some changes in who will be a part of the Liberal party. Those running for the Liberals need to believe in the ideology of the Party.
He, as the Liberal Leader, has made a qualified, dignified and the first step in changing politics for the better. The first change being that they (future candidates for the Liberal Party) have to be Pro-choice when it comes to abortion, I can hope that Mr. Trudeau keeps to this forward thinking in the future and keeps these changes coming.
Too many political parties are canvassing areas and getting anyone of that racial background or anyone off the street to “run” in their party so that they can have another chance at a seat.
One example, let’s say one party needs a seat, they go into an area where it is predominately one racial environment. They will seek out a candidate that fits the description so that people in that neighborhood will vote for that particular candidate. It doesn't matter if they are a party member; they will help make him/her a party member.
The other candidates running in that riding may have more experience, more drive to help those in that district but that does not matter; voting has to do with who you relate to, not who does the best job.
If you are qualified, understand and believe what the political party you are running for believes in, all the power to you and good luck.
But enough of parties “stacking the deck” for the numbers with foreigners or young adults that are there for the ride when there are those out there that are more than willing to do the job and can.
Teacher by trade, maybe the political and lawyer mumbo-jumbo talk will stay in the court rooms where it can be understood and the general population will be able to relate to those who are supposed to represent us in parliament.
We should be expecting all political parties to do the same as Justin Trudeau. Expect our candidates in all riding's to actually understand and believe in the philosophy of what the Party they represent believes in when they run for an office.
The last Federal election woke the Liberals up, they had/have a lot of work ahead of them.

This is one step closer to your cause in becoming the next Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Trudeau, keep up the good work.
